Birdy the Mighty: Decode is an animated science fiction comedy TV series developed by A-1 Pictures based on the manga series of the same name by Masami Yuki that centers on the very unfortunate Tsutomu Senkawa, a young high school student who happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when Birdy Cephon Altera accidentally kills him In order to keep him alive, the alien Federation agent fuses with the Earth teenager to allow him to repair his body ' her way of paying back for his mistake. Until then though, Tsutomu is merged with the very attractive and impulsive space agent as she investigates a secret group of malicious aliens out to experiment on the unsuspecting humans of Earth!
