Bionic Woman

Bionic Woman is the new NBC version of the classic 1970's TV series starring Michelle Ryan as Jaime Sommers, a woman who receives a life-saving operation that turns her into the Bionic Woman. Jaime works as a bartender in San Francisco, struggling to make ends meet while taking care of her teenage sister. When she is in a terrible car accident, she almost dies, but is given a cutting-edge operation. Her boyfriend Will Anthros performs the risky operation, which saves her life but also gives her high-tech and top-secret bionic prosthetic body parts and implants. Now with super strength, speed, and other new abilities, she has a whole new existence and a debt to pay, and begins working for the Berkut Group, the organization behind her operation. Jaime has bionic legs, a bionic right arm and right ear, and a bionic eye like Steve Austin of The Six Million Dollar Man, the series that the original spin-off, starring Lindsay Wagner as Jaime, was based off.
