Best in Smoke

Best in Smoke is the Food Network competition series where masters of barbecue face off in the ultimate BBQ showdown. Nothing is more American than some slow-smoked barbecue meat, and every region has their own unique style, all betting that theirs is the best. Food Network is putting them to the test, bringing together six barbecue masters from different cities all over America for a barbecue battle for the ages in New York City. Up for grabs is a $50,000 grand prize, and claim to the title of Best in Smoke. These masters are taken out of their element and given difficult challenges, cooking for differing audiences, with limited resources and more. With surprises like barbecue desserts, bite-sized hors d'oeuvres and more, no food is off limits and these cooks have to show just how creative they can get with their barbecue. If they can make it through the first part of the competition, they then must complete challenges at three separate venues from Manhattan to Brooklyn in a mad dash to prove that they deserve the title of Best in Smoke.
