Battle of the Bods

Battle of the Bods is a game show on Fox Reality Channel hosted by British comedienne Olivia Lee. The show features a group of five bikini-clad women who must rank themselves from most attractive (number one) to least attractive (number five) in a variety of categories. The object of the game is for the women to match their ranking with a panel of three men who are simultaneously ranking the women behind a two-way mirror. The women are judged on the attractiveness of their faces, their specific physical features, and their overall appearance. For each ranking the women match correctly with the men’s, they receive five-hundred dollars as a team. Each episode features a panel of men who have something in common, whether it’s their occupation, their personal interests or their sexual orientation. Based on this knowledge, the women try to rank themselves according to what they believe these certain type of men value in a woman’s appearance. Though the women work together as a team, sometimes egos hinder the ranking process and catty arguments take over the stage. Towards the end of the show, the roles are reversed, and the women have the opportunity to rank the men’s appearances. Battle of the Bods premiered on January 19th, 2008 and has aired for three seasons on Fox Reality Channel. MORE
