Batman: The Brave and the Bold

Batman: The Brave and the Bold is a animated action series loosely based on the Silver Age comic books "The Brave and the Bold", and features Batman teaming up with other superheroes such as Red Tornado, Aquaman, Green Arrow and Robin to defeat villains threatening Gotham. The show has a light, campy tone with plenty of comic moments throughout and a cartoonish look to match. Many of the adventures have fantastical tones where Batman and his ally must battle supernatural enemies, sometimes on other worlds entirely. Each episode is self-contained, with an intro part that is unrelated to the rest of the episode. Former Drew Carey Show actor Diedrich Bader voices the Batman character, as well as several other minor characters. This child-friendly Batman cartoon airs on Cartoon Network.
