Mitchell Hurwitz's Arrested Development is the hugely celebrated sitcom about a wealthy, dysfunctional family and the one brother trying to keep their lives from falling apart. Jason Bateman leads the dream-team cast of comic actors as Michael Bluth, now the President of the Bluth Company after his father is arrested by the Securities and Exchange Commission. It's up to him to keep his family's failing business afloat. Veteran actors Jeffrey Tambor and Jessica Walter turn in brilliant performances as Michael Bluth's parents. Portia de Rossi, Will Arnett, and Tony Hale play Michael's siblings-his fashionable sister Lindsay, his macho, magician brother Gob, and his mama's boy little brother Buster. Michael Cera plays Michael Bluth's son, the mature but awkward George Michael. David Cross appears as the eccentric brother-in-law, Tobias. The show was cancelled after three seasons but has achieved posthumous success on DVD and on-line streaming video. Despite the cancellation, Mitchell Hurwitz has said "I told the story I wanted to tell," and the series stands as a complete work. MORE
