Animal Crackers is an animated children's cartoon series developed by Fox Family based on the comic strip Animal Crackers by Rog Bollen that follows the lives of a group of animals living in the wild jungles of a place called Freeborn. Lyle Lion is not what you'd consider a typical lion. Sure, he's got the mane and the sharp teeth but he'd rather order some vegetarian pizza and chat about the ways of life than hunt down the antelope or leave the pride. Most of the time he spends it trying to keep his friend Dodo grounded since the rash and slightly off last of his kind bird doesn't believe he can't fly. Eugene is an elephant who uses his size to his advantage to get what he wants, especially when it comes to eating peanut butter and taking down the petunias.
