ALF

ALF is a comedy tv series that aired on NBC following Gordon Shumway, nicknamed ALF ("Alien Life Form"), the lone surviving alien from planet Melmac who is adopted by the Tanner family after crash landing in their garbage. ALF follows a radio signal to Earth and is taken in by the Tanners to hide him from the Alien Task Force and other nosy members of the neighborhood who want to exploit ALF. The comedy is played up through ALF's culture shock on Earth and his strange alien customs, like his fondness for eating cats and his attempts to eat the Tanner's cat, Lucky. ALF is also sly and prone to playing pranks, but always makes amends to help his beloved adopted family. The ALF TV series tars Paul Fusco as the voice of alf, Andrea Elson as Lynn Tanner, Benji Gregory as Brian Tanner, Max Wright as Willie Tanner and Anne Schedeen as Kate Tanner. MORE
