Take Me Back is a quirky web series about a quiet guy in his twenties that is kidnapped, and finds an impostor standing in on his life. A normal, boring guy, Al (Seth Mendelson) goes to work, comes home from work, and in the meantime writes a lot of notes and listens to a lot of talk radio. What starts as a typical day quickly becomes weird after his car is stolen and he notices a mysterious masked man is following his every move. After an awkward encounter with the pretty Emma (Danay Cragaris), and the usual annoying conversation with his best friend Neil (David Sklar), Al is ambushed by the mam in the mask, and taken away to an unknown destination. He quickly realizes that someone is assuming the role of his life as he sits helpless in a private prison, but why? Playing both the part of Al and his impostor, Mendelson, who also created the series along with longtime collaborator Joe Baron, struggles to find any answer he can, but more questions arise in this enigmatic, smart production that, although made exclusively for the internet, looks to be a a topic of conversations for some time.
