Mary and Ernie is the online home of the series The Ballad Of Mary And Ernie, an outrageous take on the classic western, with its two protagonists being literal giants in an ordinary western town. Marshall Ernie (James Lane) is the sheriff of a lonesome western town, and just like any other loyal law enforcer, with one big difference. He's 50 times larger than the rest of the townfolk. Ernie's larger than life stature doesn't keep him from doing his job well and having a loving relationship with his fiance Nan, but when Mary Venezuela (Vanessa Celso) strolls into town and is the same giant sized gunslinger as Ernie, everything gets shaken up. Special effects veteran Robert Stadd produces, writes, and directs this goofy, endearing show that also stars a collection of dolls living in a miniature town.
