Cracked.com is a revival of the Cracked Humor magazine launched in 2007. After the magazine was sold in 2005, Monty Sarhan took over as CEO and publisher. The editing and writing staff was made up of heavy hitters in the publishing world from magazines such as XXL, Marvel Comics, National Lampoon, and Scholastic Books. Originally conceived as a magazine, it was relaunched as the website in 2007. The website now features top ten lists, original blogs, videos, and a writer's workshop.
