Anime International Company, 'AIC' for short, is a Japanese Anime studio headquartered in Nerima, Tokyo. It was founded on July 15th, 1982. They produced anime shows for domestic television within Japan as well as assisted with non Japanese animations such as 'Inspector Gadget.' The company has seven divisions: 'AIC A.S.TA,' 'AIC Build,' 'AIC Digital,' 'AIC Plus+,' 'AIC Spirits,' and 'AIC Takarazuka.' 'AIC' does movie animation planning, budgeting, animation designs, storyboarding, in-betweening, key framing, digital painting, 3D and CG effects and editing. In 2006 they worked alongside 'NTU' from Singapore to create the Cacani System, software that generates in-betweens from drawn key frames. MORE
