Zombie Island Massacre is a horror fest from director John N. Carter. Sandy (Rita Jenrette) and her husband Joe (Ian McMillan) are a married couple touring the Caribbean with a group of other vacationers. Their vacation package includes a tour of a remote island. While the group is sightseeing on the island, they witness a Voodoo ceremony that brings a dead man back to life using sacrificial blood from an animal. This invites a grisly attack against the tourists when a couple is brutally murdered by a zombie. The rest of the group tries to escape but find the driver of the boat missing along with the distributor cap. When one of the vacationers realizes there is a house on the island, the group agrees to take cover until morning. Soon however, they discover that they are being chased by a homicidal maniac who begins to terrorize them. Will any of them ever make it off the island alive?MORE[EDIT]
