You Got Served is a high-energy drama about David and Elgin, two young men who dominate the Los Angeles dance battle scene. Omarion Grandberry plays David, while Marques Houston plays Elgin. The two friends split their time between practicing with their crew, competing in battles at their friend and mentor Mr. Rad's warehouse, and sometimes going on drug runs for local drug lord Emerald. When a new crew shows up and de-thrones David and Elgin's crew as local champions by stealing their moves, the two friends are thrust into a downward spiral by the crushing defeat.
