Waterhole #3 is a 1967 American Western comedy film directed by William A. Graham and starring James Coburn, Carroll O'Connor, and Margaret Blye. The film tells the story of Lewton Cole (Coburn), a western outlaw who kills one of three men in Arizona who have recently stolen a shipment of gold bullion and buried it near Waterhole No. 3. When Cole kills one of them, he discovers a map to the treasure scribbled on a twenty-dollar bill. Cole locks up local Sheriff John Copperud (O'Connor) and his deputy and then makes his way to the treasure. Sergeant Henry Foggers (Claude Akins) and Hilb (Timothy Carey) seek out Cole in hopes of stealing the treasure map.
