Walled In opens with a series of newspaper headlines announcing the discovery of 16 bodies entombed in the walls of the Malestrazza Building, a landmark high-rise in the middle of nowhere. Having set the mood for this suspenseful thriller, the story continues 15 years later with young architectural engineer Samantha Walczak (Mischa Barton) receiving her first solo assignment: supervise the demolition of the ill-famed, eight-story apartment building. However, when Samantha arrives on site, she discovers that the building still houses a few occupants.
