Valley Girl: Special Edition is an oddball romantic comedy about an unexpected relationship that blossoms in Los Angeles between a boy from Hollywood and a girl from the valley. When Randy (Nicolas Cage) sees Julie (Deborah Foreman) at a party, he can't keep his eyes off her. The two young kids hit it off, and before long sparks are flying. But there's only one problem.
