Vashan is a classic Bollywood movie made in 1955 by director Raj Rishi and set in Uttar Pradesh, India. The movie follows Kamla, a beautiful young lady (played by the enchanting Geeta Bali) who is about to get married to a wealthy young man named Pem. Her widowed dad is the driving force behind this union, but things start taking an unexpected turn. Kamla is forced to cancel her wedding and look after her family after her dad loses his vision.
