Tinker Bell is a 2008 Disney animated family adventure directed by Bradley Raymond. This film is Tinker Bell's (Mae Whitman) story before she became Peter Pan's trusty sidekick. The story is set in Pixie Hollow, the magical land inhabited by fairies where fairies are sorted into different groups. Each group has a specialty they are in charge of creating, which includes changing seasons, adding colors to nature, making flowers grow and some are tinkers which are in charge of more manual intensive things, like building. Tinker Bell hoped she would get to be in charge of something exciting, but she was deemed a tinker fairy. A decision she was not happy about.
