The Wisdom of Crocodiles

The Wisdom of Crocodiles is a romantic thriller film directed by Po-Chih Leong that centers on Steven Grlscz (Jude Law), a seductive and bloodthirsty vampire living in modern day London. His immortal life is about survival as he spends his waking moments searching for the next blood-giving victim to feed from in order to continue his existence. When his latest victim’s body is found floating in the nearby sea, Steven decides to act as a helper in the investigation of Inspector Healey (Timothy Spall) and Detective Roche (Jack Davenport) in order to throw them off the trail. Unfortunately, there is a hitch in the next step of his plans as his new ladylove, beautiful Anne Levels (Elina Lowensohn), continues to waver in his hold on her. It is a cat and mouse game on multiple levels as Steven tries to push Healey and Roche in the wrong direction while he tries to decide just who is being seduced in his relationship with Anne.
