The Ten is a comedy film released in 2007 directed by David Wain. The Ten tells a story relating to each of the ten commandments with all the stories tied together and introduced by a narrator named Jeff Reigert (Paul Rudd) who occupies a void space with giant stone tablets. In addition to the narrator introducing the stories he has a story himself involving him leaving his wife Gretchen (Famke Janssen) for a younger woman named Liz (Jessica Alba). The first story is of a man named Stephen Montgomery (Adam Brody) becoming worshiped as a god when he gets stuck in the ground after a skydiving accident.
