The Rage is the 2007 low budget horror favorite, from a story by and marking the directorial debut of the famed makeup effects artist Robert Kurtzman (From Dusk Til Dawn). Mad Russian scientist Dr. Viktor Vasilienko (Andrew Divoff, Wishmaster, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) tries to perfect the antidote to the 'rage' serum he has developed, a serum that turns the infected into raging cannibalistic zombified lunatics. Dr. Vasilienko remains unsuccessful in his attempts and, during an experiment, one of his infected test subjects escape into the nearby woods where it eventually dies.
