The Proud Family Movie is a 2005 animated Disney Channel original movie directed by Bruce W. Smith, featuring the voices of Kyla Pratt and Tommy Davidson. The film centers around the life of fifteen year old Penny Proud (Kyla Pratt) and her family. The movie starts with a man named Dr. Carver attempting to create a Gnome Warrior, but it disintegrates before he can get it working. It then turns to Penny, who just turned sixteen and has failed her driving test. She feels like her father Oscar (Tommy Davidson) always treats her like a child. She was recently told she wasn't allowed to be a dancer in the new half-time show, starring teen rapper 15 Cent and now her dad is making her go on vacation with her family instead of having a MORE [EDIT]
