The Man of My Life is a 2006 drama about the unique friendship between Hugo (Charles Berling) and Frederic (Bernard Campan). Frederic is a family man, spending the summer in the beautiful French countryside. Along with his lovely wife, Frederique (Lea Drucker), the two plan to spend a relaxing summer surrounded by friends and family, enjoying life without too many obligations. Their plans change when a single man moves in next door. Frederic, curious about the man without a wife or children, invites Hugo over. Frederic and Hugo become friends almost instantly.
