The Lazarus Project, otherwise known as The Heaven Project, is a psychological thriller written and directed by John Patrick Glenn. The film centers around a pardoned ex-con man named Ben (Paul Walker) who is making every effort to remake his life. Ben lives as an honest man with a paid position, a beautiful wife (Piper Perabo), and a little daughter. When his employer clues in to his fraudulent past, he fires Ben from the job. Feeling ostracized and hopeless, Ben joins his shady brother in a last-minute heist scheme, which he promises is the last wrong thing he'll ever do.
