The Glimmer Man is a 1996 action film starring Steven Seagal and Keenan Ivory Wayans in a story about two vastly different cops whose different approaches to the job make them a powerful crime-fighting team. Seagal plays Jack Cole, whose recent appointment as a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department is a far cry from his former job.
