The Gene Autry Collection: The Last Round-Up is a 1947 western style movie starring acclaimed actor Gene Autry, who rose to fame as "The Singing Cowboy" in the 1930s. A group of Indians and ranchers are being forced from their home as the town is preparing for a government project to be initiated. The aqueduct will hold much importance to the town but Mason (Ralph Morgan) has other plans when it comes to paying the displaced settlers. It is up to Gene Autry (played by himself) to administer justice and see to it that everyone gets their fair share. For such a task, he will enlist the help of a schoolteacher Carol (Jean Heather).
