The Desperados is a western film about Josiah Galt (Jack Palance), a preacher seeking vengeance after the death of his wife. Galt begins leading a gang of southern outlaws, the members of which include his three sons, David (Vince Edwards), Adam (Christian Robert), and Jacob (George Maharis). When the gang raids a Kansas town and Adam tries to rape a young girl, David can no longer handle his family's wrong doings and tries to leave. Unable to leave undetected, David is brought back, accused of treason, and sentenced to hang at the hands of his own father.
