The Cell 2 is a 2009, direct-to-video, psychological thriller, a sequel to the 2000 film The Cell. The film follows the FBI's desperate attempt to track down a sadistic killer known only as "The Cusp" (Frank Whaley), who kills his victims only to revive them again and again until they beg for death.
