That's Dancing is a 1985 historical documentary that gives the viewer a glimpse into the history of dancing in motion pictures. A number of great entertainers make appearances hosting the film, such as Liza Minnelli and Sammy Davis, Jr., and the film also marked the last appearance of Ray Bolger (the original 'Scarecrow' in Wizard of Oz) on film before his death in 1987. The documentary itself shows the transition of dance from the ballet and classical dance of yesteryear all the way to the dance craze of break-dancing that was taking place during the 1980s. Films such as Fame (1980) and Flashdance (1983) are prominently featured, however classic musicals such as Oklahoma (1955) are also used to show how dance has transitioned over MORE [EDIT]
