Terror Toons is a straight to DVD comedic horror film about monstrous and demonic cartoon characters who are out on a ridiculous killing spree. Candy and Cindy are two young sisters living in a happy little suburban neighborhood but they are about to get the shock of their life when two evil cartoon characters, Dr. Carnage and Max Assassin, come out from a video that was secretly sent by Satan himself!
