Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight

Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight, directed by Ernest Dickerson and starring Billy Zane, William Sadler and Jada Pinkett, is a 1995 horror film based on HBO's wildly popular Tales from the Crypt television series. The movie opens with a spooktacular introduction from the Cryptkeeper (John Kassir), and goes on to tell the story of a desperate man on the run named Brayker (William Sadler). Brayker, a Demon Knight, is being hunted down by a super demon who is known only as the Collector (Billy Zane). Brayker is the guardian of an ancient key that holds the power to unleash darkness throughout the universe by unlocking the gates of hell. As a Demon Knight, he is immune to death by aging and natural causes, but is vulnerable to death by other means. In an attempt to take possession of the key and release the powers of hell, the Collector has been stalking Brayker for over nine decades. The future of mankind hangs in the balance as the Demon Knight and the Collector meet for a final showdown in a small New Mexico town. MORE [EDIT]
