Surf Nazis Must Die, a 1987 comedy, follows the aftermath of a catastrophic earthquake that devastates the California coastline. The surfer world is left in chaos and Adolf (Barry Brenner) takes the opportunity to seize control of the beaches for his group of vicious Neo-Nazis. They institute martial law on the beaches and protect their waves from anyone foolhardy enough to enter their territory. Leroy Washington (Robert Harden), an African-American oil well worker, is killed in an altercation with the gang while he's jogging on the beach.
