Sunshine is a 2007 science fiction film from the acclaimed creative team behind 28 Days Later, featuring director Danny Boyle, screenwriter Alex Garland, and actor Cillian Murphy Sunshine is an outer-space thriller firmly in the tradition of 2001: A Space Odyssey, Solaris, and Alien.
