Summer Solstice is a 2003 coming-of-age film in which a college student must discern between the lessons of the academy and the lessons of life. Joshua Ballard (George Fivas) is a struggling college student who can't find the answers to life's deepest questions in a textbook. One day he sits alongside the shore, contemplating his life's purpose, when suddenly he meets Seth Arden (Joe Estevez).
