Suckerfish is a 1999 comedy directed by Brien Burroughs. In this film, Dick (Tim Orr) and Alan (Dan Donovan) are salesman at the same wholesale pet supply firm. Dick is the cooler of the two and often wins accounts with his charming personality, but Alan is the better salesman and has the ability to sell nearly anything to pet store managers. Since the salesman work on commission, they are thrilled when the older salesman, on the most lucrative route in the region, retires. Both of the competing men are hoping to take over the retiring salesman's route.
