To "snap" on someone is to ridicule and insult them, not just with the intention of derision but also to elicit laughter from onlookers. Tracking one of the hood's most venerated art forms, Street Snaps documents the FUBU apparel company's sponsored and organized snap tournament replete with judging panels and cash prizes.
