Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is a 1937 American animated children's feature film, produced by Walt Disney and based on the German Fairy Tale, 'Snow White,' by the Brothers Grimm. The first full-length cel-animated feature in motion picture history, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves tells the story of a beautiful young princess, Snow White (voice of Adriana Caselotti), with a wicked and vain stepmother, the Queen (Lucille La Verne). The Queen is a witch with an all-knowing magic mirror. When her mirror tells her that Snow White is the fairest in the land, and not her, she flies into a wild fit of jealous rage, ordering the murder of her stepdaughter.
