Sharp Teeth encompasses the adventures of Lola Dent (Ilene Elkaim), a journalism student at a local university. After a catastrophic spill at a nearby nuclear power plant, the aquatic life in the region suddenly undergoes a grave change in genetics. When the new monstrous breed of fish begin taking the lives of the townspeople, the police become involved to get to the bottom of the case. With several disappearances and severed body parts washing up on shore, the situation starts to spiral out of control. To make matters even more complicated, an activist group steps in to protect the wildlife in the area.
