Shaadi Se Pehle (Known Before Marriage) is a Bollywood movie directed by Satish Kaukish that premiered on April 2006. An unemployed Ashish Khanna (Akshaye Khanna) meets a beautiful young woman, Rani Bhalla (Ayesha Takia), in a small cold drinks refreshment stall. They eventually fall in love with each other. However, Rani's father who is a prominent businessman does not approve her relationship with him. Ashish then finds a good job in selling steroids until an ad agency owner notices him. He soon becomes rich and saves a lot of money that the Bhallas approves his relationship with Rani. Unfortunately, after a lavish engagement party, Ashish is diagnosed with cancer.
