Saved! is a 2004 teen comedy directed and written by Brian Dannelly. At American Eagle Christian High School, Mary Cummings (Jena Malone) is the quintessential 'good girl.' She has a chaste relationship with her boyfriend, and she is a member of a religious, all-girl singing group known as the Christian Jewels. But when her boyfriend Dean (Chad Faust) confides that he is actually homosexual, her perfect world is turned upside down.
