Sarah Silverman: Jesus is Magic is a 2005 concert film featuring stand-up comedienne Sarah Silverman. Based on her off Broadway hit show of the same name, the show includes quite a bit of new material. Directed by Liam Lynch, the performance combines several sketches taped outside the Los Angeles theater with an on stage stand-up act. The cast include Sarah Silverman, Brian Posehn, Laura Silverman, Bob Odenkirk, Jim Bodma, John Cellini, David Derby and Steve Agee. During her skits, Sarah brings her own brand of politically incorrect humor to such topics as AIDS, race, sex, the Holocaust, racism and politics. Known for her self-effacing humor, she also includes takes on her Jewish heritage. Sarah's performance is also punctuated by a performance of original songs, include her singing "You're Gonna Die Soon," to a group of nursing home residents, as well as "I Love You More," "Everybody Sings," "Give the Jew Girls Toys" and "Phoebe's Song."MORE[EDIT]
