Return of the Jedi is the third (or sixth) installment of the Star Wars franchise starring Mark Hammill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford. Released in 1983, Return of the Jedi picks up where Empire Strikes Back left off. Luke Skywalker (Mark Hammill) must rescue Han Solo (Harrison Ford) from the clutches of Jabba the Hutt. The rescue is thwarted and the rebels are sentenced to death in the Sarlacc pit. After a death-defying escape, Skywalker returns to the Dagobah only to discover his trainer, Yoda, is dying. Luke then meets the Rebel Alliance on the moon of Endor, learning that the Empire has begun construction on a new Death Star. Skywalker fears his presence is endangering the rebellion, so he turns himself over to Vader and MORE [EDIT]
