Quebec follows the passionate drama of a group of Canadians willing to fight and die to establish freedom and independence from the rule of Britain in 1837. Their leader, Stephanie Durossac (Corinne Calvet), known as La Fleur, is a beautiful but fierce rebel. Mark Douglas (John Drew Barrymore) joins her in her quest, and he, it turns out, has crossed paths mysteriously with Stephanie in ways that he had not anticipated. Stephanie is the mother of the British governor of the province, a reality that complicates her cause. Furthermore, the time is coming when she will have to face surrendering herself or defending Mark, who seems to be the heir apparent to the rebellion.
