Punisher: War Zone is the third film following Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson), Marvel Comic's vigilante hero better known as The Punisher. After Frank's wife and children were murdered by a crime mob, he took to the streets of New York City after revenge, wreaking havoc in the city's crime organizations.
