Point of Fear

Point of Fear is a 2006 film that blends mystery and horror. Four friends, eager for a relaxing vacation, choose Pleasant Point as their destination. The town sounds like a welcoming retreat to Melissa (Austin Musick), Karen (Erica Bundy), Mark (Linds Edwards) and Parker (Casey Payne). Once they have arrived and set up camp, however, the four friends start to suspect that something is not very pleasant in Pleasant Point. The teenagers have come to town in the middle of a devastating string of unsolved murders, and the killer turns his attention to the new arrivals. After Melissa vanishes, Karen, Parker and Mark plan to rescue their friend, but the locals are unable to offer much help. Even the sheriff (Steve Miller) is baffled by the growing threat. The three friends begin to realize that if they ever want to see Melissa alive again, they will have to rely on their own wits and courage to defeat a disturbingly ruthless killer. MORE [EDIT]
