Otis (uncut) is a film about a psychotic serial killer and his life as a part-time pizza delivery man. Otis Broth (Bostin Christoper) is a true serial killer. He chains teen girls up in his basement, has his way with them and then electrocutes them to death before slicing them to bits with his hacksaw. He is on a pizza delivery route when he meets a girl named Riley (Ashley Johnson) and immediately picks her as his next target. He makes advances towards her, but Riley gets creeped out and flatly rejects him. Otis gets angry, as he always does, and returns the next morning to kidnap Riley at the bus stop.
