OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies is a French parody of the James Bond films. In it, Hubert Bonisseur de La Bath (Jean Dujardin) is a French spy known as OSS 117. The film opens in the middle of the Cold War. OSS 117 is sent into the field when another OSS Agent, Jack Jefferson (Philippe Lefebvre) vanishes in Cairo, along with a Soviet cargo ship. We learn that OSS 117 and Jefferson share a long history together. As OSS 117 begins his investigation, he quickly becomes entangled in relationships with two women. The first, Princess Al Tarouk (Aure Atika) warms to him immediately, while the second, Jefferson's old assistant Larmina El Akmar Betouche (Berenice Bejo) takes awhile before succumbing to his charms.
