Responsibility is catching up with Varon Thomas (Kenny Young). As his roommate is finally moving out, Varon is poised to marry the girl of his dreams (Saadiqa Muhammad). With a promotion opportunity at his job, Varon's future has never looked brighter. Only one week before his wedding date, Varon is contacted and informed that an unidentified past lover has contracted the AIDS virus. Without telling friends or family, he undergoes an HIV test.
