Ogre is a 2008 horror television movie directed by Steven R. Monroe that originally aired on the sci fi channel It is a low budget film and as such the titular ogre is a poorly rendered CGI creature. The film follows a group of hiking teenagers who stumble across a small and seemingly ageless village. The villager seem to be free from disease and are practically immortal. They also reap a bountiful harvest. However the traveling teens soon realize that the everlasting life these villagers have is not without its price. It turns out that many years ago the village made a pact with an Ogre that lives on the mountain.
